Employee day was observed on August 24 - 2024 where all Tadash Steel staff got together and celebrate the team spirit. The annual event brings group power for common goal which is advancing mission of the company.
During the event, Mr. Kibruyisfa Tekele, the owner of Tadash Steel has given a managerial guidance to the participants on the mission of the company. He emphasized that the company aims to become the top steel producer in the country and he expects their hard work as a team bring this vision to come to reality
